Muzzle end

I use a pice of weed eater string stiff stuff, and patch with hoppes, then dry patch is that ok for the bore!!!!! I know how to clean the rest of the gun, thanks this things is a MKIII

Very ingenious, firefirst. I don't think that will harm anything.

I think, though, that I'd want to occasionally run a brush through the bore, too. I like to run some patches soaked withy Hoppe's and then the brush a few times to work free any embedded residue or lead, etc. Then another go with Hoppe's then some dry patches until clean. I like to do this with the barrel uninstalled from the breach end.
