MKIII Trigger Reset

Hi All-
I just got a MKIII Hunter. I relied on posts here for the take-down and reassembly. Thanks for all of the info!
I haven't had a chance to take it to the range yet, but I notice that when I dry fire it with the mag inserted, sometimes the trigger is "limp" after the slide is released. If I pull the trigger again without moving the slide, it dry fires fine everytime. This will happen several times in a row, then the trigger will reset fine. I've cleaned it with GunBlaster and gotten all of the oil off of everything. I also read that maybe some shavings from the manufacturing process got into the trigger. I didn't find any and blew out the internals anyway. It worked after that for 10-15 pulls, then didn't reset properly again. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Let me make sure I am reading this right.

Put mag in release the bolt gun is therefore cocked, and you pull the trigger but nothing happens?

Let go, you do NOT recock the bolt, pull the trigger again and it fires?

hmmm. Got nothing really, did you put the bolt stop pin back in? When I cock the firearm the triggle is a little "loose" but if I pull the trigger it fires.

Ruger Cust Support said send it back. She seemed to think it was nothing I did wrong. Hopefully, that's the case. 2-3 weeks before I get it back, but no costs to me to ship it.

It's hanging up on the sear, My beretta did the same thing, would not reset pull trigger 6 or 7 times the it would fire. I also have a mark III but have not had any trouble with it.

Is that something I could have or should have adjusted myself? It's in a box on the way to AZ for a few weeks. I hope it was not a simple fix.

I got the MKIII back this week in spite of all of the snow....

The paperwork says:
FRAME.... Repaired
HAMMER ASSEMBLY.....Replaced

Repair, Safety Function check and test firing have been completed.

Notes: After repair, pistol was function-fired 40 rounds (using customer supplied magazine) without malfunction.

I'm a little jealous that they have shot my gun way more than I have so far. Hopefully, I'll change that this weekend.
