Grips

I have a Mark III Hunter 22/45 and would like to have different grips on it. Does anyone know where I can get a set? It is on a polymer frame.

I would think that just about any 1911 grip could be slightly modified to fit one of these pistols..
Ruger only list one set on their website here..

Yep, as Headknocker said, you can modify 1911 grips to put on the frame. Here's a website I found with a how-to for that:

1911 Grips for the Ruger 22/45

Also, if you don't want to spend a lot of time modifying the grips, I read somewhere that a guy used these universal grips that will slip on over pretty much any frame:

MGR-001 - Hogue Handall Universal Slip On Rubber Grip Fits Large Frame Autos

Hopefully this helps.

I consider myself mechanically minded, but do not desire to do that extensive kind of work. I would love to find something that would fit over the built in grips. I don't mind boring a couple of screw holes, but that is as far as I desire to go.
