mark 2 mags

hey guys, have a question,I used to have a mark 2 pistol with 11 extra mags for it,but i was forced to pawn the gun many years ago when I lost my job, and I never had the money to get it back. fast forward 19 years later I came across those 11 extra mags and I was wondering if they would work in a mark 4 target pistol or not. thanks in advance for any info.

You can use those MKII mags in an MK I or Standard with the later A100 grip frame, as is, and you can also use them in the earlier MK Is and Standards with the A54 grip frame if you swap the carrier to the right side.

You cannot use them in the MKIII or IV because they do not have the indent for the mag release found on the III and IV. If you don't need them, though, you should have no problem selling them as there is a ready market for those original MK II mags. A lot of us who shoot MK Is prefer those MK II mags to the original MK Is.

Welcome to the forum. NCG is right. If your magazines are in good condition and not rusted, you will have no problem selling them. In fact, I would be surprised if you don't already have some PMs about them. Not me, yet.
