I'd like a 9.5" barrel I can swap out with my 6.5". how much work is it to change, how much might I pay for one, and how much might it help accuracy, decrease noise, and increase velocity? I already know how much cooler it will look. Stainless, BTW. Thanks. |

If you are looking for a factory barrel I would think your only hope would be to contact Ruger. They only made the KNR9 for a year or two as I understand it. I have heard maybe only 1500 stainless 9.5" made. 1974-75 . I doubt they have any extra barrels but who knows. If you find anything out, let us know about availability and price.

What are you planning on doing with the gun? Carrying it with that long of a tube is going to be tough. It will be very nose heavy and slow. On the other hand, it would be a good hunting gun or slow fire plinker. |

Well I was thinking if it wasn't too much trouble to switch I would switch as I wanted for different uses, but I'm just gonna stick with the 6.5".
