ruger mkIII for $450 or buckmark for $350?

Today i was my local gun shop and they had several mkIII's and buckmarks. I liked both and both felt good in my hands. I was just wondering if the ruger was worth the extra $100. the gun will be mainly a plinker maybe some squirrel hunting. I shoot alot witch one would last the longest.

What model of Buckmark?
If you want to put aftermarket parts pick the Ruger
If you want a stock gun pick a Browning Buckmark Target 5.5

It's a toss up. My father has a Buckmark that spends all it time with me, I have a ruger 22/45(it was $200 brand new with 4 mags and 800 rounds, couldn't let it go). I like the Buckmark better as for how it fits my hand and is very easy for me to shoot.

You really can't go wrong with either. I guess if I was in your shoes $100 is a few extra mags and a good supply of ammo.
