the TPU rear sight for fixed sight MK .22s- a problem

After several years of wanting one of these for my fixed sight MK II .22 I got one. Unfortunately..........I had previously filed down the front sight to bring the gun up to POA. Now I find I can't adjust the TPU down low enough.

*The TPU sight is a quality product.* This note is just a heads up to anyone who has filed down their factory-high fixed front sight. The TPU may not work under those conditions. Be prepared to order a new front sight.
