Iv' been having problems when shooting my gp 100, looks likes i have been a shooting a shotgun. I think I'm flinching. Been hearing alot of good things about Mark 111, I made a impulse buy and got the Mark 111 Target w/ 6/78,I took it out yesterday what a great gun. I had alot of fun w/it and really suprised w/the accuracy.
Sounds like you did a good thing getting the MK III. It makes a real good practice platform to improve your shooting skills without breaking the bank. After about 500 rounds, pick up that GP 100 and see if you do any better, I bet you will.
You might try loading a snap cap or two in your GP along with live rounds. Spin the cylinder without looking and shoot. When the snap cap comes round you will be able to see yourself flinch, if you are flinching.
