ruger 97dc decocker issue
My Ruger 97dc decocker has some play upward and downward movement. Is this normal? That is the lever on both sides have up and down movement when the hammer is down. can anyone please help me?

Fireballsocal is an unknown quantity at this point
I just pulled mine out to see if I could find any play. The decocker lever, when the hammer is down, will rotate about 1/4" before slight resistance is felt. Push past the resistance and it will continue to rotate through it's normal cycle. The pin or shaft it rotates on is tight and there is no up/down movement, only rotational.
