Montrosaur. What are you basing your prediction on?

I don't think the P345 ever caught on. It was an intermediary step with a pre-SR grip, but capacity-war loosing round count and hammer fired.

.357 SIG should be a simple barrel swap. Is there a barrel maker already selling one?

Actually, does anyone make Ruger centerfire handgun barrels - other than Ruger?

Sr45

I don't know, but it seems at this point Ruger has some reliability issues to deal with in regards to the other caliber SR's before they offer any new gun.

I would hope that Ruger would look at a compact version of their SR1911

I have a Wilson Colt combat commander, series 80. I would jump on a SR1911 in a Combat commander series 70 configuration absent the firing pin safety.

That would be a great carry pistol with 3-dot Novak sights.

I sent an email to Mike Fifer last night about a SR45 and he replied this morning.

"As a public company, we cannot comment on future products. We do however, listen closely to our customers and quite a few have asked for a SR45 and SR45c. Very, very few have asked for a 357 version.

Best regards,
Mike Fifer"

I would say that Ruger will definitely make a SR45 in the near future.

I too asked the CEO of Ruger @bout them making a SR45 (would love to add one to my SR40), and he said it was a consideration, but no release date was projected, or would be until the relase was ready. BUT, I was not really aware of any reliability issues of the SR series. I know there have been a few folk with problems, but considering how many have been sold, the numbers do not sound very high to me, or any more than any other manufacturers. I love my SR40, and have had no issues with it.
