Very nice gun I just am not a huge fan of the 1911 platform. I have a mild loss of feeling in my hands due to nerve damage so for ME the 1911 is dangerous as I have had an accidental discharge twice iwth 1911 pattern guns and once with browning hi power. My glocks have nyplus triggers 11-12 lbs and my conventional semi autos are all daoble action only except for my cz97 which I had the pull reset to 10 lbs.

That two tone is beautiful, I had never seen one.

Nice find, although some might be upset they came out with a limited edition while they aren't producing enough of the regular SR1911s.

Does Talo contract the Bitone model or does Ruger make it that way?

I didn't realize that they limited that to only 100. NICE find for sure. Congratulations!

I was going to try and pick one up, but couldn't justify the extra price on a gun that I would want to shoot. For those of you like me, a Cerekote job is relatively inexpensive, and black grips can be bought on Shopruger.com. That's my plan.
