Too bad you felt the need to delete your post because of another user. Regardless, the same troubleshooting steps can also be found here...

I hate that I deleted it to but when I posted it on the other Ruger forum, I got such a bad post going with nothing but bashing. I just got fed up and deleted it on both Ruger sites. All though my gun is working smoothly and reset just fine now. Just got tired of the bashing, don't care for it. I don't do it and won't respond to it any more. I was just trying to help people that had the same problem that I did with the reset issue.

Bashing for what? My SR9 had a real lousy trigger when I got it, scratchy, heavy and rough. It took almost a full release of the trigger to reset. I was very disappointed in the pistol because I liked the ergonomics, the look and just about everything about it other than that trigger. I got a Ghost Rocket trigger connector and installed it. It took a couple hours and six fittings to get it where I wanted it and resulted in one fine shooting SR9. The trigger is now crisp and resets with just a bit of release on the trigger. Made a really nice shooter out of what was otherwise a great pistol.

Never let someone change your opinion on something when you were just helping and did nothing wrong. That's why forumes exist.

I had the same problem on "the other Ruger forum" too. The bashers & trolls were there from my very first post. Very unprofessional. I deleted my account after my third try at posting because of all the negativity there. I hope you feel more welcome here at the "net".

And some of the worst bashers are listed as moderators.....

It was very good information before it was deleted...

eddited (I guess it's still very good information after it was deleted, too)
