SR9C Magazine Release Slack

I've had my SR9C since January and just noticed today after loading and unloading the mags a few times, there now seems to be some left to right movement or slack in the mag release button from left to right with a loaded mag. I can take the mag out and the slack or movement goes away. Both left and right button will eject the mag with no problem. I just suddenly seem to have this movement (mag inserted) that I hadn't noticed before. Anyone else notice this?

Mine does it too. Just as you said, mag in it's there, when the mag is out it goes away.

Thing is, I don't remember if it did it from day one or after several rounds. I've got 775 rounds and it has never failed in any way. But a few weeks ago was when I actually first noticed the side-to-side play in the mag release button.

At this point I'm not thinking it's anything, just curious as well as to why the free-play is there. Awesome gun though!

I just checked mine, I have had it for about six weeks with 300 rounds through it but many more cycles of the mags in and out. Mine does have some slight movement and I do mean slight when the magazine is in, you can feel slight movement both left and right and up and down that is not there with the mag out. It is so minimal I would have never noticed it if it wasn't mentioned. I will watch to see if it gets worse with use.
