There's a warranty?

There isn't.

Sell away. Ruger is a stand up company.

OP, Ruger doesn't have a warranty. They simply back their products with pretty much no questions asked. If you sell a Ruger to someone, and they need to have the gun serviced, they will get the same excellent treatment from Ruger as you would.

^^^^^ what they said

No warranty but no worries. Ruger backs their products no matter who owns them.

Ruger's customer service is top of the line.
I had purchased 2 BX-25 magazines. Using them at a bowling pin shoot , in kind of cold weather, I has having a problem with FTF.
I emailed Ruger and simply asked them if there was some maintenance I should perform on them, cleaning-lube? The simply sent me 2 brand new magazines-no questions asked.

Yup if all manufactures backed their product like RUGER, the world would be a better place.

My understanding is they stand behind their product for lifetime of the product. When I had issues with a 10/22 they paid shipping both ways, sent out a new 10/22 and reimbursed the FFL cost to me. I will always look at RUGER first when shopping for a firearm.

ruger warranty question

Knock on wood. I have not needed any services from Ruger for any of my 4 firearms. That being said. When I was shopping for my first pistol (9E) part of the reason I chose a Ruger was based on what everyone said about their customer service. That is very important to me. Make sure your not gonna regret selling it! I'm a mechanic and if guns are anything like tools..... you won't realize you need it until you sell it..... I never sell any of my tools.

GO PACK GO!!

I also have been lucky with all of my Ruger purchases. The only problem I have had was the front optic rod on my Single Nine went missing during a range session. Called Ruger to ask what size it was so I could buy some at Brownell's. No need I was told and two days later a new complete front sight assembly arrived at my house. Very impressive considering I am not the original owner of this fine Ruger product.

.
What he said. My 10/22 is perfection personified, but my other 5 Rugers are also covered by their non-existent "warranty". Zero problems, on the most rugged revolvers ever made (by design). Time will tell if the 10/22 holds up as well as my 1936 Mossberg rifle .22.
