Can the SR9c handle this ammo?

RBCD out of Texas makes some pretty hot 9mm rounds.

9mm, 60gr, Total Fragmenting Soft Point, 2010 fps / 539 flbs
9mm, 50gr, Tactical Personal Defense (Limited Range Round), 2300 fps / 590 flbs

Do you think the SR9c could handle them?

I am by no means an expert in this area, but if these are not in compliance with SAMMI specs, then I believe you're asking for problems. These velocities and energies seem to be way above +P ratings, which is the highest Ruger wants you to use. I think it's pretty much use at your own risk, and don't call Ruger if the SR9c gets damaged. They'll know if you've put excessively hot rounds through it.

I am not an expert either, but the instruction manual says "The SR9C pistols are compatible with all factory ammunition of the correct caliber loaded to U.S. Industry Standards, including high-velocity and hollowpoint loads, loaded in brass, aluminum, or steel cartridge cases. No 9mm Parabellum ammunition manufactured in accordance with NATO, U.S., SAAMI, or CIP standards is known to be beyond the design limits or known not to function in these pistols."

As long as you are in compliance with one of those standards, it should be okay. If unsure, call Ruger.

i have a p95 which can handle +p loads like target ammo...very well built, STRONG pistol...that being said, i wouldn't EVER put anything THAT hot into any pistol...those velocities are for subs not pistols...
