Exclamation LC9s Pro

Fairly new Ruger LC9S pro with about 400 rounds through it. Suddenly fails to fire?? Had this happen after about 100 rounds through it last week. Had some techs look through it, and it was a sear spring that had dislodged its leg from the frame. Placed it back in using a ballpoint pen, cleaned it, and then at about 100 rounds today, it happened again! I fixed it at the range, and fired another 20 rounds through it, and is working fine.. But failure to fire is not comforting to have as your concealed carry pistol!!!

Call Ruger, most likely they will ask you to return it to them.

Call mfg customer service line. See if you need return number . Tell them what it's doing. Then type up nice short write up of what it does. Ask them if they want mags sent too.
Put that in box with unloaded gun. I always leave mine assembled with a plastic or wooden
dowel up the mag well so it's locked open. Include a copy of receipt and your return address and phone number. Hi Box it take to.Fedex. . No permits needed.

Keep us posted. Mine's been fine so far but the more info the better.
