Red Dot on SR9?

Anyone using a Red Dot on their SR9? As my eyes keep aging (damn) it's harder and harder to use the iron sights. I have red dots on my MKIII 22/45 and my Mossberg 702 that work great for me. If you are, what mount are you using? My SR9 is primarily a range gun used for my local club's steel competition. Thanks!

I used the Galloway adapter with a Glock 17 plate supporting a Redfield Accelerator Reflex on my SR40C.
Like everyone else, the eyes aren't what they used to be.

Suppressor sights often will with various pistols. I have a 19MOS with a Trijicon RMR that cowitnesses with supressor sights.

Yup, but the guy was talking a SR9....

To my knowledge only one guy ever (at least posted here) that he tried a suppressor on an SR9 and it never worked well. He had to have an extension welded on to his barrel, etc.

I know the SR9 was the topic, I haven't seen many upgrades including small optics and suppressor supporting modifications. I suppose my input wasn't helpful.

Anyways, most pistols can't cowitness with stock sights. The SR9 might with some slide milling (those sights are rather big).

It was helpful. The cowitness guy didn't give enough information.
