Based on what I have read the Hornady Critical Duty 135gn +p offers acceptable performance in ballistic gel. According to DocGKR there doesn't seem to be much performance difference from 3.5" to 4.5" barrels but I don't know of any tests of that specific load from that specific pistol.

The Barnes TAC-XPD 115gn +p appears to offer just about the best performance in gel and out of my pistols has less felt recoil than the Critical Duty. I just ordered a bunch more to confirm reliability in my pistols and if all goes well that will be my carry load but based on the couple boxes I tried in my pistols as well as the data I've seen online the Critical Duty would be a fine choice as well.
