P345 accuracy issue

I have a P345PR that shoots way to the left, I have the rear sight moved about 3/32" to the right and it still hits about 4" left at 10 yards.(2 different factory loads, consistant results) I have looked it over and the only thing that I can see is that the hole in the slide for spring guide is off center by aprox. .027". Could this be the cause?

Try holding it in different ways. Try shooting from a bench. Then try sending it back to ruger.

Let someone else give it a shot.

Mine does the same, it wasn't me. It also shot more than 6" high at 25 yards. Ruger sent me a different rear sight to correct the elevation. Great customer service! I drifted the rear sight to the right far enough to correct windage. It bugs me because the sight looks funny, being noticeably too far to the right on the slide, but the gun shoots like a dream. So I just live with it, carry it, shoot the heck out of it, and try not to notice the off center rear sight.

There wasn't anyone else at the range yesterday (Actually kinda like it that way, can go down range as often as I like without calling a ceasefire and waiting)

If I move the rear sight far enough to correct the windage it will be protruding off the slide. Mine shoots a couple of inches low but I can live with that. The windage issue really bugs me, I guess if I cant get Ruger to correct it I'll have to drift the front sight to the left since I cant go any further with the rear..

I'd send it back to Ruger...somethings not right with it...mine shot a little to the left too but not that bad....turns out it was "shooter error"

Let us know what ruger does for you. They sent me a replacement rear sight when I called. No cost to me and I had it two days later. Unfortunately, it did not correct windage issues. I did have to drift the rear sight about as far as your picture shows to fix my windage issues. If you have to move the sight even further, I would definitely call ruger and see if they can check it out for you. Keep us informed.

I think I'll see if I can borrow a bore sight to check it out with before I go any further, if that confirms the problem then Ruger gets it. I am pretty sure it's the gun, I was on target with my Blackhawk and even with my wife's 642 S&W palm stomper.

Update

Well I got the use of an Aim Shot laser bore sight and it's not the gun, it's me . I lined up the sights with the bore sight and the rear sight is dead center on the slide. Now I have an excuse to spend more time at the range so I can learn to shoot this pistol!
