Oh, good. Thanks for that information. I cant hit the broadside of an oil tanker with my 9E's stock 3-dot sight. I think its because the rear sight is too wide. I can shoot a lot better with my little P-64 with the tiny open ironsights.

I wasn't planning on replacing the sights on my 9E but those look nice! Anyone know if they sell them at Cabela's? Gotta decide what to spend my points on next! Haha...

Williams firesight

uncle doug how on earth did you remove the original sights. I've tried pounding with a nylon and a brass punch and they don't budge. am afraid to hit any harder, might damage something. is there a sight adjustment tool that fits this gun?

I bought them from Opticsplanet.com I'm not sure if all stores use the same part #. They were about $60.00 for the pair.
Doug, Thanks for the info.. I have been busy and not on the forum for awhile.. Good to see Optics Planet has them I can get a discount there

Great post and good pics Uncle Doug. I just purchased a 9 E and would like to do something with the factory sites as well. Mine is shooting about 3 inches low and 3 inches to the left.

Whether I replace the sites, or adjust the windage, I'll need to know how to remove and/or move the dovetailed sites. I assume the front site just taps out, but what kind of pin is that in the rear site? Would you be kind enough to give a novice(me), detailed instructions for *tampering* with these sites? Thank you very much in advance.
