Does she have a twin sister?

Never mind, after 42 years of marriage it is probably too late for me to get a trade-in!

Anyway, congratulations. Great looking rifle. Now get out there and shoot it.

As far as cycling 38 specials mine has done just fine with 158 and 130 grains as well as 158 grain 357's. The magnums have been hollow points and the specials were round nose flat points.

Happy anniversary and congrats on the Henry. Just shoot and enjoy. I have seen no reason to shoot 38 Special out of it but have read that it does like 357 length. Just shoot and enjoy.

Congrats Lc45! I started a tradition back in 2012, buying myself a gun every Valentine's day. It was that day that it dawned on me I was probably going to have to leave and divorce my wife of 7 years. I got her a pearl ring to round out the pearl set I'd been buying her piece by peace for anniversaries and birthday, and a Springfield 1911 for myself!

I was considering the same rifle, Henry Big Boy but in 44 mag for this upcoming Valentine's day, so I dropped a hint with my girlfriend because I may have to break my tradition and buy bike parts instead.

Again, congrats on the beautiful rifle and awesome wife!

Kinda like trading in cars, it's probably cheaper to keep it unless it just ain't worth a crap.
After 42 years though, I imagine you know all the maintenance history, quirks, squeaks, rattles and groans, how far you can push her and when to give her a break! Probably best to keep her!

I'm jealous of y'all who've got the keepers! I think I've found a good one, my sister said so while she was all drugged up before a surgery, and she's always been brutally honest about the women in my life even without drugs!

Cheers to all y'all who found the good ones! And for being a good enough man to keep 'em!
