Butt pad/stock cover for lever guns

I have both a Henry and Rossi in .357. I'm trying to find a leather cover/pad to go over the metal butt plates that are on both rifles. I don't really need the recoil protection, but the damn things want to slip off of my shoulder when cycling the action, and at some competitions at my range it is standard to set the gun down "upright" with the butt plate against the concrete, and I don't want to scratch them up.

I've found a couple of leather makers on line--curious if anyone has and pics and recommendations? I don't care about, but am not opposed to, shell holders/engraved or carved leather, strap attachment, cheek pad, etc. I'd like to avoid putting a rubber pad on either of them--it just doesn't look right.
