Sp101 Ibok?

So how can i access this document? ive got a near new SP 2.25" in 357 and its a little gritty for sure. I heard this info was the end all in SP101 trigger jobs, so how do I get ahold of it?

From what I understand, after 10 posts, the Library is unlocked and becomes visible. The IBOKs are posted there. I too am looking forward to accessing them. Iowegan is very knowledgable.

Thanks Bob!

Wow, that's great news. I read the GP100 IBOK over on Gunner777's site (GP's and SP's are kinda similar) and that's how I found RugerForum.net. (I'd seen RugerForum.com before, but this is Waaaayyy better!

Hey, I got Another Post! WooHoo!

IBOK = Iowegan Book Of Knowledge. Iowegan is possibly the most knowledgeable individual on the forum. He has authored numerous (2 that I know of, heh) books (e-books, if you like) about fine handguns. They are truly the standard by which others are measured and are coveted by those who have garnered them.

that wasn't too syrup-y, was it?

coelacanth, Thanks for the kudos! There are currently six IBOKs .... GP-100, SP-101, Super Redhawk, Security-Six, Mark Series pistols, and Ruger Single Action Revolvers. There are also some reloading documents included.

The IBOK is a great resource and appears to cover all needs of the SP101. Last night I was doing some general gunsmith searching on this site and "TheHighRoad.Org" and found this book recommended:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0695803611

Picked it up off Amazon for $5 shipped. That's less than a magazine costs these days. I'm new to firearms and enjoy learning as much as possible.

I'll be interested in seeing it as well since I just got an SP101 to go along with my old Blackhawk and Super Blackhawk.
