New Revolvers (Check out the Pics!!)

Finally! Here are two distributor specials that I have really wanted for some time now! I bought a GP100 Wile Clapp 3" and a Bearcat Shopkeeper off GunBroker. I wanted to buy through a LGS, but none could locate these. I got them a week ago, but am now finding time to post pics. I hope to shoot 'em soon! I am also proud that I can now create a proper SS Ruger revolver wheel! haha!

Here is the very desired Wiley Clapp GP100 3". I have wanted this bad boy for some time! I held a blue one at a LGS and knew it was fate (I just didn't want a blued one). I just feels so right in my hand. I love its balance and appearance!

Here is my first SA revolver. I've wanted some type of SA, but it had to be a birdshead and I wasn't sure I wanted to do the Vaquero (yet). This fit the bill, so I pursued it. I really like how it feels also.

The Ruger Wheel!

The GP Brothas...

Ruger 22lr Revolvers:

I'm psyched to get these all out. The revolver not mentioned is a 2" SP101 and the background shotgun is a Mossberg 500 Chainsaw without the grip (guess why! haha!)

Nice. I've got my own collection of Ruger wheelies too.... and good choice taking the shovel handle off of the 500.

Thanks everyone- and yes, that handle needed to go. It now sports a 12" LOP stock. Quite fun.

Thanks Snake! I owe the WC purchase to your urging! I kept seeing yours and admiring them. I am very glad I got one while they were still available new!

Congratulations on the WC and the little Shopkeeper! Very nice collection of revolvers you have there. Familiar too - I have 5 of your 6 myself. Nice pictures. The pinwheels are fun to set up aren't they? I've been meaning to set up a Ruger DA pinwheel myself - you may have motivated me to get busy.

I like my Shopkeeper but I did have to send it back in to Ruger to correct issues with the cylinder binding up. There have been a few others with issues as well. These are problems that only appear when shooting - empty function tests seemed OK. Ruger took care of it promptly and mine is fine now. I don't know if you've had a chance to shoot yours yet but just a head's up.

Congratulations again on your latest additions to your Ruger family!

Thanks! And the Bearcat is a 22lr. I hear people send them out to convert them to 22mag, though.
