I like the Badger grips they just feel good in my hand and they look good on the gun.

I have the SP101 in 357mag DAO. Have Hogue lamo camo laminated grips and Wolf spring kit. It is a good CC revolver.

I have a Simply Rugged silver dollar pancake too for my SP101, 357, 3". Placed order and shipped across the country in the span of less than 5 days within the past two months. I was blown away. The holster is worth every penny from what I can tell. The leather is robust and seems like it will wear and loosen well. OWB seems most comfortable now but IWB with more wearing in of the leather will likely work out well too. Workmanship is fine but I didn't get detailing. I didn't see a reason and since no one else except me is going to see it, I have a few more dollars for other supplies.

Bianchi and Tuaga are good choices, as is Galco.

HIGH NOON offers a wide array of holsters for Rugers, including the SP-101.

I'm not sure how long it would take one to get to your doorstep, but do mention me
when you ask Michael any questions.

+1 on the Simply Rugged. I had one for my 2.25 SP and it was great! Just ordered one recently for my 3 inch SP and it was on my hip in a week! Spend the extra $5 and get the border stamping... Very sharp looking holster.

Welcome to the forum from North Carolina.... The SP101 is a great gun. Very rugged and dependable. I agree with Waveform on holster choice.. I purchased the Bianchi Minimalist OWB holster from Bass Pro in Concord, NC... very nice leather. The Ruger conceals well with it and presents quickly. Best of luck to you.

Not trying to change the subject, but I guess I am. What kind of flashlight are your sporting in that shot.

I have loved my SP101 3 1/8 inch barrel since my mother (God watch over her and rest her tired soul) bought it for me as a gift for when I travel). I made myself a pocket holster for everyday carry, gave it a high polish, bobbed the hammer spur, did a little muzzle trimming and reversed the front sight. Mine wears trimmed down Uncle Mikes Boot Grips of rubber. I'm 6"5" tall and 295 pounds so the jeans I wear conceal it nicely. And if it shows a little no big deal as we are an open carry state. Congratulations on your new acquisition. A very stoutly built tool, I have never experienced a failure of any kind with my SP101 since new in 1999. Pictured beside it is my .45 Colt Bond Derringer, that I sometimes carry if I'm in snakey territory. Don.
