LCR Barrel Problem

I noticed this while cleaning my LCR 38 SPL+P for the first time. (too bad I missed it before I made the purchase). I had shot about 200 rounds thru it and didn't notice any problems shooting. It shot straight and I really like this gun. I am waiting for a call tag from Ruger to send it in but figured I would check and see if anyone here had seen anything like this before.

I haven't seen that is any gun, much less a new one.

Red face oops wrong section

LOL, I just had to use search to find my thread. I put it in the wrong place half asleep this morning, then when I went back to find it I couldn't.

maybe the mod can move it to the double action page.
