sandblasted security six
just finished a nasty looking blued security six that was full of rust and pitting. i had to use a 100 grit sand to smoth out the pitting. i recrowned it and black oxided it. i have $250 into it. it shot about 14" at 20 yards as two of the cylinders would fly in opposite drections. after rebuilding look how it shoots now, this is as good as my 6" 686 smith&wesson.

Nice job in resurrecting a tired old Security Six. I like the sheen on the grips. Did you refinish them ??
