What does GP100 stand for? A lot of things -

GP-100 can refer to

model of Suzuki motorbike,

Ruger GP-100 revolver,

glycoprotein 100, a melanoma antigen,

Gp100:209-217(210M) peptide cancer vaccine

Don't really know, maybe "General Purpose" for the 100, and "Special Purpose" for the 101.
