Mark does some excellent trigger work. The "pretty" I assume refers to the finish he puts on. The bead blasted finish is non reflective, and he rounds all the edges so it is more snag resistant on the draw. I'd say that is "pretty". I mean pretty functional! Also he can bob the hammer making it double action only. This I feel is widely accepted as the preferred choice in a self defense weapon. Certainly it is for me as I shoot double action only exclusively with a double action revolver. I don't care for the ported barrel treatment on a hand gun but his certainly is the most exquisitely done. My buddy and I are considering sending a couple of guns to Mark now. If I sent a gun for custom work it would be to him or Grant Cunningham. They are I believe friends and colleagues that have done some projects together. They seem to me to be the authority on the double action tuning of Revolvers, and more specifically Ruger Double Action Revolvers. I hope this helps, and let me know the outcome! I am certain that you will be satisfied, and for the record I would pay a lot more for a Gemini custom gun. Just my 2 cents and opinions will vary on the subject. Good Luck, and God Bless.

If you intend to holster the gun a lot I would pass on the matte finish and ask if he'll do something along the lines of the stock brushed finish. The matte finish will rub shiny spots in it in a very short time taking away from the looks of a full custom gun like this. The brushed finish will also rub a holster shine but it can be repaired in a couple minutes rubbing it down with a scuff pad. JMHO as I want to keep it looking new as long as possible.
