Nice find I have had 4 inch and 6 inch sec sixes but never found a 23/4.

I am currently looking for a 2 3/4" blued security six in the condition you describe, nice purchase. I have 2 3/4" speed and service six. Years ago my brother bought a security six while I was buying S&W. Took me years till I appreciated the Ruger sixes.

| Security Six is on layaway...
I found a Security Six in SS with a 4" barrel in "like new condition" for $369.00 plus tax at a local gun store. I placed it in layaway and plan to pick it up in a couple of weeks. Any comments about this price, accuracy and general tips?
The revolver looks just like the one in this photo...
