Sorry, should have stated, I am looking for a hogue style replacement grip. I shoot well with the factory wood grips however find myself have to regrip after each shot.

I would guess your LGS or a gun show would be a good bet.

Check MIDWAYUSA.com. They should have what you need.

Just done that. The Hogue monogrip has a model for the Redhawk. So does Pachmayr. Both are different from the Super Redhawk grips. You just have to get the correct model number. The Hogue fits better, but the exposed frame on the back seems problematic. The Pachmayr works better to dispel recoil (seems to) but does not fit as well. I had to use Lok-tite (flexible version) glue to bind the part under the trigger guard together. Very frustrating. But now it works...
NOTE: the Redhawk stuff is not as popular as the Super RH stuff, so you might want to order it online...

I installed the Hogue Bantam rubber on my .41 mag Redhawk,I really like them, they are shorter on the grip then others, fits in my hand good and keeps the pistol from moving around under fire. And at around $20.00 they cant get any cheaper.I bought my set at Bass Pro.

Got some Hogue's for my .41 Redhawk not too long ago. Midway I think. As you said, the factory's move around in your hand. Had some Pachmays's but they were too big for my short fingers. The Hogue aren't bad.

Try Eagle grips for Redhawk wood grips.

I agree with the Hogue Bantam grips. I tried the stock wood grips with and without a Tyler T-grip adapter, and have tried the Pachmayr Presentation grips on my friend's RH. On a tip, I ordered the Bantams. Very good grip with a nice feel. I did take a Dremel sanding drum to them and flattened down the finger groove ridges to fit my shortish fingers better.

I have a 4.0" Redhawk with Hogue bantam grips (first Redhawk) I'm having a difficult time getting these off. When I use credit cards or a thin screwdrivers I hit something underneath grips. The manual doesn't show removal of the bantam grips, just the wood grips. Can't find anything on Ruger's website. I may go with monogrips or the Pachmyer Decelerator grips just for ease of removal / cleaning. It shouldn't be this difficult. Anyone have any tips?

KenP, I don't have the Bantam, but I put he regular Hoague's on mine. If they work the same, I believe after you remove the screw on the bottom, they just slide off(down.)

Yeah wish there was a screw at the bottom of the grips, it'd be so much easier.
