No, just the .45 Colt. If the 410 bore cartridges were to fit in the cylinder, you would not be able to close it.

.45 LC all day long. .410 I wouldn't try it, though I don't have any of that ammo . . . but I think it'd be too long for the cyl.

.454 in a 2.5-3" barrel vs. 45 Colt in a 2.5-3" barrel. Now you are not going to get anywhere near published velocity in this short of a barrel so my question is is the difference between these two cartridges enough to warrant the higher priced cases and loaded rounds of the .454? A pumped up 45 Colt should do close to the same velocity wise as a .454 coming out of that short barrel, right? Now I know the difference will show up as barrel length increases but in an Alaskan type short barrel will there be much difference from a pumped up 45 Colt compared to the .454? I know the flash and awe should be a wee bit greater with the .454 but what about velocity of say the same 300 grain bullet in each? Anyone have some chrono experience in this area?
