I carry mine in a DeSantis Nemesis. Never a problem.

The LCR is definitely small enough, but some jeans have shorter pockets than others. In one of my LL Bean jeans, the pocket barely covers the grip. (I use a Simply Rugged pocket holster.) This is rarely a problem for me as all the rest of my shorts/pants work fine.

I wouldn't carry my LCR in tight jeans. Maybe an LCP, but even then it's questionable. It's better to have looser fitting clothing or cargo pants if you pocket carry.

The rounded rear shape of the LCR series draws much better than the Autos seem to. I have the LCP, LC9 and KLCR. I now pocket carry a S&W 638(same shape as an LCR). The LCR wins as far as Im concerned.

I don't know how people pocket carry. Even with my Smith 642 in "comfy" jeans the bulge in my pocket is very noticable, especially while sitting. I tried it once in a side pocket of my cargo shorts and did not like that at all. I had a chunk of metal banging agasint my leg with every step. I probably would have had a bruise there within a couple of hours.

At 65 if my jeans are tight then it means I'm getting fat. I like to check the pocket depth before I buy to be sure but carry in jeans without issue. In cargo shorts it is out of sight. I carry mine in a simply rugged pocket holster as well and pocket carry probably 80% of the time.

I'm 6'4", 290. My LCR in an Uncle Mike's #4 disappears in my front pockets. A lot of variables will decide whether it will work for you or not. Go to your LGS and test fit in your preferred carry clothing and see. I can pocket carry my Glock 30, 45 ACP in the same pocket holster and same clothes. My wife's boss was stunned when I whipped it out one day to show him. He is well under 6' and a Glock 27 is way to large and heavy for him to pocket carry.
