The GP100 has won at states and regionals but last two national champs used SW. Gil Guerra might be the most famous Ruger revolver pro, but not IDPA.

Feew years ago I had an 6" GP100, that I shot IPSC with. I sold the GP and bought an 625.
If I knew then what I know now, I would cut the GP100 for moon clips and shoot minor with 38SC.
Now I use an 627 PC (8 rund minor rule).

I would like to get an 4" GP100 for IDPA (in last few years IDPA is getting popular in some EU countries), that is why I started to research.
