sobrbiker is on a distinguished road
After installing new trigger plunger, hammer dog, cylinder latch, mainspring and transfer bar (replacement is .010" thicker at firing pin than old one), the trigger reset issue is gone, and I got 98% positive ignition with new Starline brass and some CCI 550 primers.
I'm hoping that will go to 100% with WLP's.
The trigger pull is very "gritty" for the first 1/4 of DA, but with the new parts I'm gonna shoot it a bunch, then reassess.
Thanks for all the knowledge y'all share here!
