Charger barrel floated?

Wuchak is on a distinguished road
Charger barrel floated?
I picked-up my Charger last night and I thought the barrel was supposed to be floated. It doesn't touch the stock on the left side but does on the right. Is this the way other's are or is mine out of whack?
