I'm not trying to rile anyone, but isn't the Charger nothing more than a 10/22 pistol? Just asking for clarification. It's not my cup of tea, but for those that like it, go for it. The more variety the better.
Fun idea with a goofy stock IMHO. I love everything about it but that stock. I have yet to see one that makes me want one enough to buy it. I did find the "mare's leg" coonverted stock a member here made to be a hoot and am still on the fence about trying that. My projects rarely turn out well though.
I love my Charger and found the stock works great for bench shooting. But I wanted something I didn't need a bench for and made a Mare's Leg out of mine. Now that is a hoot to shoot. At the range I see a lot of guys with their 10/22 in a shooters vice. If you like shooting like that then the Charger is great.
Y'all got to be getting tire of seeing my charger, it's more than a range gun and I've taken a pickup truck load of tree rats and bunnies. works from the shoulder and a great thick brush carry gun. I happy.

Yup, the Charger is nothing more than a stubby 10/22 and what's wrong with that? I honestly think the Charger is a gun that has to be shoot to be appreciated, let alone understood. Yes, the Charger looks odd, but my husband and I love ours.
The Charger that I just bought is new. It was tucked away in a showcase, on a lower shelf laying on its side all forgotten about. But I spied her and asked if they would give a discount because of some minor scuffs, and now she is all mine. So keep your eyes peeled and maybe you'll find a new one too! Day trip!
I just clamped it in one of those combination work bench/vise folding contraptions and worked some coarse sandpaper like buffing the toe of your shoe. Easy.
I've considered getting one. They never move from the local GM's. In a self-defense/ wrol situation, It would be great in a Nomad stock without the front shroud. Unfortunately it would then have to be registered as an SBR.
To quote Glenn, WTF does WROL mean? If it's the end of the world as we know it, I don't think that stamps will matter much and slapping it into a Butler Creek folder would probably work best
