Charger sling suggestions?

I would appreciate any suggestions on mounting a sling on my charger. What I want to accomplish is to be able to carry my gun in front of my chest and also to be able to help steady my aim and shoot from a standing position. Thanks

How interesting. I just sat down to ask the very same thing. I now have two chargers. I am waiting on a couple of magpul pts ms2 slings. I have a blackhawk axiom stock on one and the other is stock black and grey laminate. The blackhawk axiom is easy to put a sling on as it has two swivels. would like to see some pictures of slings on the stock one.

Slings for Chargers

Thanks for your reply. Maybe other members will share some pictures and/or advice. It seems like a sling would also offer alot of steadiness shooting from a standing position. I like the pictures of your Blackhawk stock. I was trying to figure where to mount a sling on my stock stock. What kind of sights do you use with your Chargers. I would like to try iron sights if I could find some.

I ordered a fake magpul ms2 sling from focal price.com. Took two months to get here. Works well. Mine is on an Axiom Knoxx stock. I would suggest that stock for what you want to do as well.

I am going to have to order a 1/2" to 3/4 machine screw threaded swivel studs to finish it off right. I looked today at a big gun store with an instore gunsmith and gunrange and a bass pro. found the wood screw swivel bases is all. I will try to get a model for the in use photo.

I have a new Charger take down and saw there was not way to attach a single point sling. I was thinking of changing the pistol grip with one that would have a sling swivel at the base but don't know if that will work. Has anyone tried this?

I had a extra single point adpater for an AR and I removed the stud and mounted it just above the pistol grip on my Charger. You have to look close but you can see it. IT has a nut holding it on the back side under that plate. It is handy for a single point sling that way

The Stark Grip with one of two optional additions for slings.
