No firing pin staking on bolt

I do believe I've found a problem with my new Charger. In working on it I noticed that there is no staking on the bolt to keep the firing pin down in the groove. It's not like there is just a light staking. The bolt was never staked at all. I see a call to Ruger on Monday in my future. I think I'll have misfires without the staking.

Thoughts?
