Ruger American rimfire 22lr

My Ruger American Rimfire finally came in the other day! I am excited to get out and use it!. I bought the compact version because I like the looks of the 18" and I can pass it on to my son. The rifle looks great. The bluing looks deep, the bolt cycles smoothly, and the trigger is wonderfully crisp! I look forward to firing it and using it in this season's shooting contest!

Sure! I brought it in from a Texas gunshop called Grab-A-Gun for $235 + $15 shipping and handling. I paid $25 for the transer fee at the LGS for a total of $275... which other LGS's were asking $329 for the rifle. I was happy to transfer it through a helpful gunshop that tries hard to have good prices and great customer service

I was willing to do the same. Keep an eye out for stock. I bought it right when it came out (took a bit). Hopefully it'll be worth the wait!

LGS here has them for $299.....I like it, bolt seems to work decent, stock and finish were better than I expected....but, not for $299....

I'm surprised that it's cheaper here, $279 at LGS but sold out.
