Well... so far Winchester Super X 150 grains ( grey box ) aren't doing it. one and a half to two inch groups, I just feel the rifle is capable of better. Its in the .270 caliber and I have no complaints or malfunctions of any kind, just the accuracy. I left the trigger stock since it feels like 3lbs more or less very responsive. 100 yards from an inexpensive rest, 3X9 Leupold VX-2 scope. I'd like to think I'm flinching throwing off the groups but the trigger pull is so sweet that's probably not it. It does pack a wallop to my old shoulders however. Don't know if this helps but I did notice today's group were at an angle about an inch apart from each other in a straight line angle starting from the X in a 2 o'clock direction.

I'm planning on trying Federals next in 150 grain. While realizing rifle barrels can be very individualistic is there any general findings on what works in these rifles on a consistent basis ? If money were no object it would be simple to try a half dozen brands and weights but...... :)

I've always had great luck with Rem. Corlokt ammo. Today we sighted in a brand new Ruger American in .243 win. After 5 shots to sight in, my son in law(who owns the rifle) was putting them in a 3/4" orange dot @ 100yrds. I was shooting reloads in my MK II 77 .243 and hitting the dot and he shot at my target and hit my bullet holes. For an "economy rifle" that thing shoots better than some people shoot with rifles that cost twice that much. Try different ammo, I'm sure it can shoot better than one and a half to two inch groups. Good luck.
