I even called them and asked about the new RPR 5.56/223 being able to use Magpul/Pmag magazines and they said YES. They would use 10-20-30 round Gen 2 or Gen 3 with NO problems. NOT EVEN CLOSE ! They designed a whole new mag for it that is wider and longer to accommodate longer heavier bullets that extend beyond "normal" length bullets. A Magpul mag fits like a stick in a bucket not even close. Deal Breaker.

The manual enclosed was for the 7.62x51 and everything in it referred to the 308- 7.62x51. I already have one of those, don't need a second one for a different caliber.

I understand a longer OAL for heavier bullets, tighter 1-7 twist and barrel length (would prefer a 22-24" better). But I don't like being lied to for that kind of money from the Company.
