| Any ideas for cool stuff to shoot at ?
I dont go to the range because i hate rules haha and i live near mountains in western canada and i know a great shooting spot accessible by 4x4 only that others in the know use as well, there is even a old abandoned car there to shoot at(not sure how or why it got there... but it sure has alot of holes in it) and i take cans and bottles and stuff but any ideas on cool stuff i should take shooting,I was thinking about buyin some cheap hallween stuff at walmart since they are putting that stuff out already like maybe some fake skulls or something but any ideas id like to hear because regular targets just arent any fun... ?

Since it sounds like you have alot of room where you're shooting and remote too, I'd recommend trying your hand at shooting golf balls. I use my Single Six with .22LR ammo.
Just throw a few out on the ground randomly and fire away. As they're hit the distance and angle changes, naturally. Not only is it kind of fun it also provides some pretty good practice.
Check it out... |

Buy the cheapest cans of soda or soda in plastic bottles. Shake them up good before you set them up. Save your used soda bottles and fill them to the very top and replace lid. All of these targets will have a dramatic effect, never use beer in cans or bottles unless you drink them first, otherwise it would be alcohol abuse to shoot them with beer in them. Soda is what the rest of the world calls pop, for you mid westerners.
Make sure you clean the crap up when your done before the gov. commies close down your shootin spot!

At this time of the year fruit and vegetables from your garden make good targets. The great thing about it is no cleanup. The animals eat some of it and the rest decays away.

Tanerite is a lot of fun. If you never heard of it search on YouTube. It's available at Gander Mountain, Bass Pro Shops, and online. Perfectly legal exploding targets!
