Hey Guys, I am looking into a bull barrel for my 10 22. My price range is anywhere up to 150 dollars.

Up to $150 kinda eliminates a lot, including the Kidd. Best bang for the buck and in keeping within the allotted price range, Green Mt.

I have no idea what brand or type is best but I got the TacSol aluminum 16" barrel for the weight reduction...stock sporter barrel was 28.5 oz and the new one is 14.2 oz...night and day difference...in weight...
Those can be had for $180 shipped if you shop around...
Not promoting it...just telling you what's available... | |

I believe they offer different finishes as well; blue, stainless, etc..
I went with the non-fluted stainless, since the fluted barrels performance won't be much difference.
You can get them at Shooters Discount and MidwayUSA
I went with MidwayUSA and was very pleased with price and fast shipping. Quality was great with no blemishes.

Thank you for posting the picture!
But besides the different finishes, lengths, and fluted or not fluted. Is their any difference in the rifling rate of twist or anything? Or are all gm barrels the same you can just get them in different styles?

They offer different options from Sporter to Competition barrels. The twist rates range from 1:15", 1:16", 1:18", etc..
You just have to check out the website for yourself and you can get all these answers.
