i just recently started this whole shooting hobby, so maybe not a thousand times, but certainly several at least. btw, i don't know if some of you guys maybe aren't getting enough roughage, or maybe you're coming down off the caffeine, but there ARE some decaf brands out there that are just as tasty as the real thing.

I just put in one in my 10/22 and chose the 16".

Love it better than my Green Mountain and the same love as my older Butler Creek. Great accuracy and functioning with all kinds of bulk ammo.

After doing so more research it appears that Clerke was producing many of the Butler Creek barrels during the time that I bought mine and that Clerke is now know as Elysium so apparently both of my favored barrels were actually made by the same company in the same shop.

I would absolutely recommend the Elysium barrel and am thinking about buying more of them now.
