Tomorrow I start my 10 wait for my replacement receiver after sending in the cracked one a while back. But I found out that they are not replacing just the receiver but a complete rifle. WOW what service

Got to smile at Rugers service while also frowning at Cali's stupid laws. 10 day wait and a background check to receive your own replacement rifle. At least there will be a happy ending. Congrats.

I just got back from the dealer, it is a very nice wood stocked blue 10 22 and again thumbs up to Ruger, they get it in quality and service.

Gotta hand it to Ruger customer service though. When I sent my SR40c in (first time I ever used their CS in 30+ years of owning Rugers) I got it back perfectly repaired in 8 days.

I looked to see if I could get it welded due to it's age but no one would touch it, oh well life goes on but with outstanding service from Ruger.
