While the frustration is there, there's been those that have worn the uniforms and badges and not exactly been good boys and girls. Have listened to others with similar backgrounds get angry or a delay, wait, etc and told them this same thing. They kinda understood afterwards.

Someone posted above that cracked receivers must be a rare problem. I have seen 6 in just the last 10 years. It wasnt until the thread on customer service that I found out that ruger would replace them. I have been buying aftermarket receivers to fix the problem and would rather have saved the money and had Ruger fix them. A 2 or 3 week wait to get my .22 back would be nothing, it would be just an excuse to shoot one of my other rifles.
