I have a Revolution Extreme stock onto which I am doing my first build, (awaiting WP barrel as I type). Am trying to determine if a Picatinny Rail could be mounted to the underside in order to attached a MagPul AFG2. My question is are there inserts similar to those used for the takedown screw that I should use?

I don't even know if this is possible, (haven't even measured how much room is down there yet), let alone wether I want to do it. It just came to me in that early morning mental fog before I woke up?

Thoughts / suggestions?

As possible as it might be I would never put the AFG2 on that "pretty" furniture.

With the proper escutcheon, sure but why? I mean, to each their own but IMO, if you want such an accessory, you use it in a manner and stock it would be designed for. Same with the stock...you choose it for it's purpose and a hand to hold such as the AFG isn't exactly in the same aisle.
Wait and get the gun assembled and see how it feels naturally as it's held as it's designed to be held.
I'm thinking it was the mental morning fog. (((shudder)))
