Maybe, but I have few concerns given the ATI design. The cut in half is 1.25" in front of the receiver. Then the releasing mechanism is regtangle about .75" below the barrel. The ATI stock looks like it tapers a lot which might not leave any material for the front to attach correctly. Even the Tapco tapered more then the original which required sanding it down to get the barrel to sit in the channel of the fore stock.

If you have a Takedown I would take it out of the stock and lay it on the side of the ATI to see how much material is available at these critical spots. Take some pictures and lets see.

@yuri66: i really like the ATI strikeforce stock but I was wondering in some pictures advertised the stock looks like it's angled while other pictures it is straight. can you adjust the angle of the stock? also, does changing to the ati stock affect accuracy at all?

The stock comes with an 'adapter' you can add. This angles the collapsible/foldable stock and it's recommended when using iron sights. Not needed if using scope/red dot. The ITAC 10/22 that comes from Ruger uses the same ATI stock...it just has Ruger brand on it instead of ATI. I do recommend getting the model with 'Scorpion Recoil' system. You get enhanced butt stock pad and, IMO, better pistol grip.

I didn't notice any change in accuracy. It really is a well built stock. I first bought one to use on my Mini 14 and liked it so much I got additonal one for my 10/22. I've since sold my Mini 14 but I've added photos below. Close ups show 'Scorpion Recoil' stock/pistol grip

Thanks for the imput man, you pretty much sold me on the ati stock. Some people say they are experiencing some side to side play near the receiver. Are you experiencing this? Also, what mag do you have in your 10/22?

My Daughter's pink clone of my model 1284. She loves it. It started life as a model 1103:

Need to DuraCoated the scope matt black & mount the barrel heat shield also.

Auto bolt release
Bolt buffer
Simmons 4x32 scope
Millett scope rings
Adjustable compact front grip
Bipod 5.5 to 8 inch
Limb saver recoil pad
Tapco rail pads
Barrel heat shield
NcStar long muzzle brake
Hogue grip

My original model 1284 she fell in love with:

Both finished!

Click 'Go Advanced' button at the bottom. One of the icons will be the insert picture, looks like a picture of mountains. You have to have your picture uploaded to an online picture gallery, I use google photos.

Just finished. Kidd stuff: 16" threaded bull barrel, serrated bolt, cocker, trigger parts (wow, great trigger pull), soft buffer, locking pins. Plus: polished receiver, Pentax 4-12/40 with Kwik-site rings. Stock is Ruger ringless purple/gray laminated.

Been a while since I was on the forum, but the last few months decided to build me a new 1022. Tac sol X ring receiver, Tac sol barrel, Volquartsen TG2000 trigger, Tac sol vantage stock. Optic is inbound, going red dot on this one to keep the weight way down, Aimpoint T1 2moa on Larue mount. Total weight 3.7 oz for the optic. Add that to the 4lb 12 oz firearm... it will still be under 5lbs. Sight should be here Wednesday according to UPS, will be taking it out Saturday to go shooting. Im psyched. She came out beautiful in my opinion.

FYI blacksport, great looking build, my daughter would be jealous (she owns the purple on in my collection)

The rest of the Ruger rimfire collection
