Waltz sizing die question

Anyone using the Waltz 22 bullet sizing die, or something similar.?

Most post I have read on other forums show that the die can make the case diameter slightly larger. This doesn't seem right some how.

With a loaded round going from a .224 to a .225 doesn't seem possible.
